Boosting Your Immune System For Fall & Winter


Fall is a great time to focus on the health of you and your family.

As we near the end of September many families and individuals have settled into a routine of school and work. With the new season upon us it’s a great time to focus on boosting your immune system to prevent colds, flus, and other illnesses that become more common as we move into the colder months.

Fall is also the perfect time to get your kids in for a well-child check. Your child may have a specific health concern or you may just want to make sure your child’s immunity and brain health are working as best they can as they start the school year. Well-child check ups are up to an hour in length; they involve talking with the doctor about your child’s health, including their nutrition, social skills, sleep patterns, behaviour and school performance, along with a full physical examination.
